My credit card was charged, but my return was not accepted by the
IRS. Will I be charged again when I re-file
It is TAX$IMPLE's policy to charge your credit card one time per
accepted return based on Social Security Number. This charge will
be made after the initial transmission. If the initial transmission
is not accepted by the IRS, your credit card will still be charged,
and you will be allowed to re-file your return again after making
the appropriate changes needed for no additional charge. If an
additional charge is made to your card and you feel this charge is
in error, please verify that the second charge relates to the same
Primary Social Security Number, and call TAX$IMPLE to report the
error. After verification, adjustments will be made, and your card
will be credited for the amount in error.
I have saved and exited my return, but want to make changes to it.
Can I still do this All client files, consisting of amounts and

Is it helpful if I use TAX$IMPLE every year TAX$IMPLE is even
easier to use after your first year with us because you will be
more familiar with the program, but more importantly we hope to use
your previous year's return in the future to fill out as much
current information as possible, allowing you to focus your time on
the pertinent portions of the return, while we take care of the
mundane. When I am done processing my return, should I close the
browser
NO!!! Please exit orderly out using EXIT button. The server will
display a message telling you it is saving your client files on
your backup server, and a clock will count down approximately 15
seconds. Saving your client data will allow you to access it again
should you need to make a change, or review your return.
My Federal Return passed, but my State Return was rejected, what
should I do State returns are submitted with a process called
"State Only", with the exception of Kansas, and Missouri. This
means you may file your state return irrespective of what your
federal e-file status is or even if you are not e-filing your
federal portion of the return. Therefore, the "State Only" returns
can be resent if initially rejected. For the Other two states, you
can only e-file the state return again as "State Only" if the
Federal Return passes and the State Return fails. If the "State
Only" option is not available, then you must paper file that
particular state return.
How do I find out if my return has passed or not After a period of
48 hours has passed, you can begin to check for acknowledgements on
your return. The preferred method to check the status of your
return is to log back into TAX$IMPLE and go to the Individual Main
Form (Federal 1040/1040A/1040EZ) or State Main Form, and click on
Electronic Filing, Review IRS Response. The other method of
